Mathilda el Hachem, is an attorney who has been practicing immigration and corporate law for the last 10 years between the Middle East, Europe and the United States, serving clients from all over the world.

Attorney el Hachem focuses her practice on immigration law. An immigrant herself, she understands the complexities involved in the immigration process and the challenges that people face in coming to the United States.

Before opening her own practice, Attorney el Hachem worked for leading immigration law firms in Houston, including Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and Gee and Zhang LLP. She also clerked for the Honorable Judge Caroline Baker in the 295th Judicial Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas, gaining vital courtroom experience for her career. Prior to coming to the United States, she clerked for the Court of Appeals of Paris and for the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Lebanon. She practiced international corporate and commercial law in the Middle East where she represented clients from around the world doing business in the region, as well as regional clients in their investments and ventures in Europe and the United States.

Attorney el Hachem studied law in Lebanon and obtained her law degree in the United States from the University of Houston with a focus on Immigration Law, doing the reputed immigration law clinic. She is a native Arabic speaker, fluent in French and English, conversant in Spanish.
